I am Ryan Brown, a resident of Creedmoor, North Carolina, and the creator of the DeFlock NC website. This site is not directly, indirectly, officially, or unofficially affiliated with DeFlock.org. However, we share common goals of privacy, transparency in policing, and respecting the rights of all people living in The United States. I am a privacy advocate working to protect our local communities from the unregulated expansion of mass surveillance networks, specifically mass surveillance networks from the likes of Flock Safety. My mission is to educate citizens, promote transparency in policing, and defend our constitutional rights against invasive tracking technologies.
